It is obtained from the careful selection of herbs and roots spices and from our best Barolo

The Barolo Chinato, born in the back room of the apothecaries and pharmacists,
in 800 and it used as digestive.
One of the first rediscovered labels of our production is the "BarolChina"
Over the years the recipe of Serio Borgogno has been modified, losing its authenticity.
The hope and the desire to bring back to light the old family recipe,
have prompted Emanuela with the help of a precious friend,
and the whole team of the Winery and family, to start a long and interesting travel,
experimenting and starting to know better the basics of a truly wide and interesting world.
The historical and gustatory memories represented by the bottles
kept in the family's personal cellar were fundamental:
They allowed our dear friend and teacher (specialized in herbal medicine and distillates)
to recreate the old recipe.
Too bad not having had the time to make taste with Serio Borgogno.
As they say, good does not make noise, and our precious friend, while he gift us the new recipe,
which brought to light the authentic scents of our Barolo Chinato di Famiglia,
besides not wanting anything in return, he never even wanted his name to be named.
For Us in any case this new but old recipe is a goal not only for work ...
every bottle produced is the testimony of a great friendship.
