There is not a real job that I prefer more than another though all the jobs in the harvest are the ones that I like best.
Vineyard or cellar?
Depending on the seasons and the jobs one or the other, normally the cellar.
3 important things to make a great wine, according to you:
1_Healthy and quality grapes
2_ simple and accurate processing in the vineyard
3_ passion
3 important things in the vineyard to produce healthy and genuine grapes
1_timeness of intervention in the vineyard (right treatments in quantity and time)
2_correct work in green pruning
3_to read the grapevine
Do you believe in natural conduction in the vineyard?
Yes, I think it is right to carry out a natural operation as possible

120 years of tradition and history of the cellar in which you work, what do you think?
I think it's an extraordinary thing and not all wineries have a history and a tradition which has lasted
for 5 generations. I'm happy and honored to be part of the current team of the winery.
