Borgogno Serio Battista - Langhe Nascetta

Our Langhe Nascetta was born thanks to an initial project shared with Federico Sclerandi, in 2018.
Initially from grapes from Diano d'Alba and from Sinio and different municipalities.

In March 2021 the new vinejard was finally built, on land owned by the Family, in the municipality of Diano d’Alba.
The project envisages being able to select the Diano d’alba grapes with the grapes of a vineyard located in Sinio
The grapes of Sinio Village are purchased by a family with whom an excellent relationship has been established and with which the same philosophy is shared.

LANGHE NASCETTA

Color: bright yellow with green highlights.

Nose: according to the vintages it develops varietal aromas that recall exotic fruit, citrus fruits, more or less intense and always very elegant and intriguing

Taste: fruity notes of citrus and exotic fruit blend with hints of acacia honey to the more mineral notes, which make this wine very long-lived, with excellent structure.

Pairing food: Excellent as an aperitif, it can be paired with dishes based on fish, shellfish, oysters. But also with white meats, raw vegetables, pasta and cheeses

Table service: in order to appreciate its pleasant characteristics, the wine should be served in large glasses at a temperature of about 8 ° -10 ° C.
