Bergera - pezzole

BAROLO


Our Barolo born from a careful selection of grapes.
The grapes come mainly in question from Rapalino family’s own vineyards that since ever shares our same philosophy of making wine.

The vineyards in question take advantage of an excellent exposure (south-east) and they are located between the Nativity Church and Tarditi - Pezzole farmsteads, on the side Bergera - Saccati, situated at 350 meters above the sea level. The soil, mainly made of grey marls, gives the wine its freshness, elegance and tannic class.

Depending on the vintages, to give more prominence and elegance, we can be integrated with grapes from other vineyards and locations.



 



BAROLO CANNUBI - SERIO BOGOGNO

WE PRODUCE FROM THIS VINEYARD


BAROLO

Colour: ruby red colour in its youth; it assumes garnet red nuances that became orange soft reflexes by aging

Nose: soft and elegant scentswith notes of red berriesfruits that evolve into spicy notes with aging.

Taste: round, elegant structure with soft tannins, red fruits with long and warm finish.

Pairing food: it elegantly combines pasta with rich meat sauce or risotto, red meats, roasts, game dishes, stews, and seasoned cheese.

Table service: in order to appreciate this wine, it should be served in large glasses at a temperature of about 18 ° -20°C. For bottles particularly aged it occurs a careful decanting in carafe.
