LA BARBERA D'ALBA SUPERIORE
Color: cardinal red tending to purple.
Nose: morello cherry, red fruit jam, fresh and enveloping scent
Taste: full-bodied, pleasantly fruity, notes of red summer fruit that blend with the pleasant hints of freshness given by the typical acidity of a young Barbera and a present tannin for a long and pleasantly persistent finish.
Pairing food: it is easily and pleasantly combined with various dishes: lightly fried red meat on the grill, boiled meats and well-aged cheeses. And still salmon steak and all those fat-content dishes.
Table service: in order to appreciate the pleasant characteristics, the wine should be served in large glasses at a temperature of about 18 ° -20 ° C.
